The Mountain Point West Business Park is a concrete tilt-up office/storage (“flex”) project completed in 1997. The development contains three free-standing buildings situated on 7.5 acres. Nigro Associates’ responsibilities included capital formation, land acquisition, and leasing for the 92,000 square foot facility. Nigro Associates was also the Architect and responsible for the ongoing property management and tenant relations .
