SEVEN HILLS SURGERY CENTER
Completed in 2003, this 16,000 square foot outpatient surgery center located in the master plan community of Seven Hills was developed by Nigro Development. Nigro Construction, Inc. served as design builder responsible for estimating, budgeting, and construction.

SUNRISE SURGICAL CENTER
Nigro Development was engaged by Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center to develop and construct this 18,700 square foot outpatient surgery center completed in 1996. Nigro Development’s responsibilities included land acquisition and project feasibility analysis, all entitlements, architectural administration, and construction of the building shell and all medical and non-medical interior improvements.
