RHODES RANCH TOWN CENTER
Rhodes Ranch Town Center is located just outside of the Rhodes Ranch master plan was completed in 2004. The total retail center is 250,000 square feet. Nigro Development was responsible for land acquisition, equity and debt financing, and development. Nigro Construction, Inc. provided design build, estimating and construction services while Nigro Properties served as the on-going property manager and leasing representative. |

This 22,000 square foot premier showroom/warehouse facility was constructed in 1995. Nigro Development worked closely with the owners in site selection, financing, entitlements, zoning, design, and construction. |
