SIENA SUITES
Siena Suites is a 600 room extended stay hotel property costing in excess of $35 million. This project represented Nigro Development’s first foray into the hospitality industry and is a joint venture with the Argier Family and Michael Mixer of Collier International. Nigro was responsible for all parts of the development process including the creation of the business plan, construction and permanent financing, entitlements, architectural and engineering coordination, construction, and engaging the management team. |
